SHOWER GEL BASE (RH SHWRB)
RH SHWRB is a clear concentrated shower gel base. It is easy to handle and ideally suited for cold blending operations. RH SHWRB contains new-generation cellulosic conditioners. A non-formaldehyde preservative has been incorporated into RH SHWRB. The user may incorporate fragrance and herbal actives as per requirement.
COMPOSITION
RH SHWRB is a blend of anionic mild surfactants and conditioners.

SOLUBILITY
Freely soluble in water.
STORAGE
Store RH SHWRB in a cool, dark place. It is stable for at least 24 months from the date of manufacture.

RH SHWRB is specially designed for liquid shower gel formulation by cold blending operation.

INGREDIENTS
Water, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Di Sodium Sulfosuccinate, Decyl Glucoside, Cocobetaine, Polyquat 49, Aloe Vera Gel, Soya Polypeptides, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Phenoxyethanol.
MANUFACTURE PROCESS
- Put the desired quantity of RH SHWRB into a suitable vessel.
- Start the agitator (Maintain a slow speed. Avoid fast stirring and ingress of air to prevent/minimise frothing).
- Add fragrance and/or actives and stir the batch.
- Add colour and stir the batch.
- Check the pH of a 10% solution. Adjust it to 6-7 if required using dilute citric acid or dilute sodium hydroxide solution.
- Fill in containers.
